We rested in the Passage in August 2011. My opinion about the hotel:
1. Located in the very center of the city. On the one hand, it is very convenient to walk around the city at any time and return on foot at any time of the day or night, on the other, to a normal beach! April 10th; Langeron is closer, but it's terrible there!!!
2. Meals: only breakfast on the 1st floor of the hotel in the Internet cafe, consists of tea or juice to choose from, a boiled egg, gingerbread and a hot sandwich with cheese and ham.
3. Hot water is available only in suites, other rooms do NOT have it!!! ! If the tour operator calls you and asks about water and says that it is there, do not believe it is a DIVORCE!!! ! There is no hot water there!!!!
4. Rooms - miserable old furniture of various sizes, which was probably collected all over Odessa!! ! The rooms have a refrigerator and a TV.
5. Staff - when asked to heat hot water in a kettle and give a bucket, they said that it was not allowed and in general it was necessary to pay more for the room !! ! (we draw conclusions! ))
