I often have to go to Odessa on a business trip. I always stop at Youth. Convenient location, good staff, delicious breakfasts, free WI-FI and parking (which is not available in all hotels). Yes, perhaps, as elsewhere, there are some shortcomings, but this is compensated by the service. It's nice when you are greeted with a smile, when they call you to ask how you are accommodated and whether you liked the room, when they congratulate you on your birthday, when your preferences are taken into account based on previous visits.
