Disgusting hotel.
"Sea view room" means a panoramic view of the sea in the distance and a smelly diesel generator that rumbles from 6 am to 1 am (and if you're lucky - until 2 am) and fills the room with an intoxicating smell of exhaust fumes. In the cafe "Zhemchuzhina" - poorly washed dishes, no teaspoons (the staff says that they are stolen by tourists, but one day somehow abruptly there was not even a single knife. Apparently, the tourists also stole)
The food is monotonous, however, conditionally edible, i. e. I didn't get poisoned.
Due to the lack of stationary electricity (it is produced by the same diesel engine), for the past 8 months (according to the staff), only one elevator has been operating in a multi-storey building. At night, when the generator is turned off, there is no electricity. There is air conditioning in the room, but you can’t turn it on, because. there is no remote control, and this is on purpose, because. The alternator still doesn't run.

It takes about 15 minutes to go to the sea, along the road along which dump trucks drive day and night to a construction site on the seashore. By the way, at night, when the diesel generator is silent, the roar of these dump trucks is very clearly audible, with a movement interval of 5-15 minutes.
In general, there were no complaints (for me) about the furniture, the bathroom (although the sink might not have wobbled), the cleaning of the room (we even changed towels and once bed linen).
Getting from the city center to the hotel is inconvenient - either a full tram or a full minibus, plus traffic jams. But in 20 minutes (not including waiting for transport) you can get there.
