I stayed in room 1306 (single standard) for 350 hryvnia per day, the price includes breakfast.
Pros: Sea view room, warm (outside it was about +10) and clean, cleaned every day, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hair dryer in working order. Amenities in the room, decent plumbing. Breakfast from 7 to 11. Buffet (from what I remember: muesli, sandwiches, buckwheat, oatmeal, stewed vegetables, cottage cheese, eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, pasta, fresh vegetables, fruits, juice, pastries for tea . . )
Cons: apparently the generator is quite noisy, at night it was hard to fall asleep for the first two days - it was annoying. The drain in the shower is partially clogged, water accumulated . . the reception could not cope with the "raid" of a group of kids of athletes: I had to wait 40 minutes to pay the rest of the room fee, since I immediately paid only a day.
I also heard repeated complaints from those staying in the "economy" rooms (the equipment does not work, someone flooded someone, there were problems with resettlement. )
If I find myself in Odessa again, I think I will use the services of this hotel.
