I lived in the 1st building, instead of the "Standard" room they settled in the "Economy" room, my claims were accepted with hostility by the administrator, who feels very at ease, presumably feels support from the hotel owners, as they say "their people". But still, a huge gratitude to the owners of the hotel, for the fact that they are developing the Kuyalnik sanatorium, there is a great hope that minor everyday errors will be eliminated over time.
