Хороший отель Good hotel

I read the exact opposite reviews about the hotel and decided to describe my impressions.
So:
Location: C grade, because. the hotel is located on the corner of a very narrow and dusty street with almost no trees. The street, in general, is quiet, even the tram, which runs nearby, does not interfere. The beach is really close to walk: about 7-10 minutes. The embankment is such a combined one: its brand new part with a fountain, flower beds and benches turns into an old soviet one. The beach is sandy, wide and very long.

Hotel: The territory is quite small. Settled us very quickly, lift, lifted to the 5th floor. Everywhere there is a carpet that drowns out the steps, fresh flowers grow in tubs. The rooms are new, the doors are new, they close tightly, everywhere is very clean (believe me, because I am always not indifferent to this). The rooms have everything you need: several types of towels, hair dryer, slippers, soap, gels, shampoos, etc. The air conditioner is working. Beds are good, linens are new. The TV works, Wi-Fi works, the staff will tell you the password. All rooms have a sea view. Since the hotel is far from the first line, from the balconies, except for the sea, all the "sights" in front of the new and old houses are visible.
Meals: A small nice cafe-bar on the 1st floor, the smell of the kitchen is not audible (the ordered food is lifted into the hall from somewhere below). The breakfast included in the room price was good, everything is cooked fresh and tasty.
Staff: very responsive young guys, and everyone with whom we had to communicate in 3 days. Thank you all for your attention!
Pool: clean pool, didn't have to swim - it was still cold. From about 8 am to 10 pm, music is played on the terrace and by the pool. Not too loud, but audible in all rooms, so I liked our 5th floor: it's the quietest and the best view of the sea.
I want to say that if the owners of the hotel take care of additional landscaping (flower boxes on the balconies, trees in tubs by the pool), the hotel will look much more cheerful and attractive than anything nearby.
