First of all, we were looking for a good location, close to the park and not too far from the sea. But it turned out that the beach is still far away (20-30 minutes by bus + 15 minutes on foot). While the sea seems close on the map, there is no beach nearby, but steep cliffs. In addition, about 0.5-1 km away there are sewage cesspools.

Services are quite limited, cleaning is done once a week (and we had to be reminded of this). The extra sofas in our rooms were broken (didn't unfold for two people). There is no breakfast, there is a shared self-service kitchen.
The attitude of the staff is not always good, at the beginning it was OK, but then we were reproached several times for trifles, then we throw too much waste into the general trash, then we left something wrong in the kitchen.
There are no balconies anywhere, shared towel dryers in the corridors (not allowed in the rooms).
