We stayed at the hotel during a tour organized by the Kharkov firm "Trianon" from 12/30/12 to 01/3/13. In the hotel restaurant for New Year's Eve paid 500 UAH per person. The menu, types and quantity of alcohol were agreed in advance. However, our company - 12 people - no matter how they asked the waiters, they could not wait for 7 servings of hot, 2 bottles of vodka and 2 bottles of champagne, not to mention dessert. The next day, when we asked to return... not money, but at least the alcohol that we paid for and, therefore, according to the law, belongs to us !!! , we were told that there was another shift, and this shift does not know anything. Everyone is taught from childhood that taking someone else's is theft. So in the restaurant of this hotel we were simply robbed!
