The hotel was chosen for the wedding morning and photo session. Booked three weeks before the "Suite" room, the brightest and always with a dressing table (the brides will understand, this is one of the requirements of the stylists). When checking in (14:00), the administrator said that they could not check in before 20:00, as there were no available rooms. They didn’t want to resolve this issue amicably, they said the following to the remark about the reservation: “I need to evict people, don’t you understand that the rooms are occupied? ”. They were not embarrassed by the fact that they reduce the half-day stay at the hotel by another 6 hours, of course, there was no question of returning the difference in cost. Needless to say, after a small conflict, we did not receive any obligatory compliment to the newlyweds (as stated on the hotel website). Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was dirty, it had not been washed after the previous guest, there was black hair on the bath accessories, the carpet was stained. The sconce in the bedroom didn't work. And of course, there was no dressing table, declared at the time of booking. And all because, in the absence of another number, we were given a free. The only plus of this hotel is the breakfast, the products are of high quality, the variety pleases.
