We chose between the Gallery and the Palazzo. The choice was made in favor of the second hotel, because they bribed their Weekend package.
I must say right away that ALL the points of the offer posted on the Palazzo website were confirmed to me by phone (including the fact that "you can drop in at any time until 12.00. To do this, you just need to call us back and tell us what time you want to move in"). So let's take a look (taken from the hotel's website)...
Weekend package includes:
accommodation from Saturday to Sunday with a 20% discount - it was;
delicious breakfasts for guests (on Sunday) - it was also, thanks to the restaurant, very tasty;
free early check-in (on Saturday after 9:00) if there are rooms - when we called (being already half way to Poltava) we were surprised to say that "check-in is not earlier than 13.00, you understand, the room was busy. " Thank you very much for misinforming me over the phone in advance. What if we arrived at 9:00? ?

free late check-out (on Sunday until 16:00) subject to availability - not needed, but it is better to check in advance, otherwise it will be like with an early check-in;
10% discount on any order at the Palazzo restaurant - they used it, but at the same time they immediately paid 10% for the service. A very strange policy for a restaurant that positions itself as a high class restaurant.
branded Poltava dumplings as a compliment from the chef is another story. The hotel somehow immediately doubted when we asked about it ...In the restaurant, a "compliment from the chef" turned out to be a cake (one for two adults: ) ). Eh...
welcome cocktails and 1 hour of playing billiards in the Cantina bar - we didn’t see any cocktails or billiards, because Cantina, it turns out, has been “long under repair”. (and again, "thank you" for warning me over the phone).
Although the rooms are good, beautiful.
The result is this: European prices + Ukrainian service.
It is necessary either not to promise, or to fulfill what they wrote on the site. There is a 3rd option - to warn by phone "People, do not be fooled !!! ".

It's not about dumplings and not about cocktails with billiards (that's all we found anyway), but about the attitude towards customers who came to rest and, by the way, paid money FOR ALL THIS.

In general, think for yourself whether it is worth paying for something that you still can’t achieve in the end anyway.
