I would like to leave a good review about the hotel here, but the human factor let me down! We stayed overnight in the new building on 01/07/22. Suite! Everything is as in the photo, design, wooden furniture, cleanliness without question! The first problems began even before the settlement! The hotel consists of several buildings! You have to work hard to find the entrance to the first parking lot, if for the first time, and the administrator could not explain normally, as a result, we drove three circles until we got to the settlement.

The restaurant is not very close to the building, there is a service - food delivery to the room! We ordered, the waitress girls brought it quickly enough, it looked very beautiful and appetizing, but the salads were not the ones that were ordered! They asked for a replacement! Brought quickly, sorry! But then something happened that spoiled both appetite and impressions! Pancake with meat! It's good that I cut it with tools, and did not bite! Staples from a stapler were sticking out right in the stuffing! And a whole bundle! We took a video and a photo! Called in shock at the reception! The administrator took a long time to decide something with the restaurant and management! As a result, the same waitress girl was sent to us to take the rap and blush for everyone! She came not empty-handed, but with money for a portion of pancakes! The fact that the hotel saw fit to compensate the guests!
I would like to say, dear editors, take this money and reward the chef with a prize! What we did! The girl blushed, sobbed, apologized, she was for something, but Sofia's reputation, despite all the outward splendor and rich infrastructure, was thoroughly ruined for us!

Of the items stated in the description, there was no telephone and a refrigerator, but a place was provided for it. Everything else: soft corner, double bed, wardrobe, table, TV, air conditioning; in the bathroom - a hairdryer, a set for brushing teeth, paper, towels, it was available.
