The territory is dirty, the rooms are rarely cleaned. Bed linen is the cheapest, rolls up and soars (synthetics). For 1100 UAH per day, you can create the best conditions. The room does not have a kitchen or even a kettle. To make coffee, you have to run downstairs to the cooler, stand in line for a cup of boiling water, and then there is not always enough water. The building itself is the cheapest repair, the walls are bursting and thin - you can hear the neighbors in the next room. Drunken screams and stomping were often heard - drunken and noisy behavior is allowed in the hotel. The admin is constantly absent, no one keeps order. The kitchen serves for a long time and with errors, the food itself is tasteless - like in a Soviet canteen... There are few parking spaces.

The range of prices is wide - from the minimum in economy class rooms to the usual for the first line in luxury rooms. I had a "comfort" class (2 adults, 1 child) without a sea view. The room has a separate shower (always hot water), TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. They write that there are no chairs. I asked - they gave me, moreover, for free.
They write that the rooms are not cleaned. It is necessary to leave the key at the reception, then they clean it! In any case, I was removed.
BUT NOT IN THE ROOM THE SAME COME TO SIT!!!
The beach is not crowded, quiet, fairly clean, sandy. The bottom is a shallow sandbank, which goes to a depth of 30-40 meters from the shore. Thus, the safety of bathing children is ensured. The water is clean and transparent. A few jellyfish.
Almost all vacationers with children, there were no noisy youth companies or lovers of plump. At 10.10-30 pm the whole hotel is already asleep.
Throughout the territory there is video surveillance, so children can be safely left on the playground, which is visible from the cafe. Cafe overlooking the sea. Between cafes, i. e. the border of the hotel and the shore is a large open space above the sea where you can walk.
Very quiet, especially at night. No music, no screams - only the sea is noisy. It may be boring for young people - there is nowhere to go in Sanzheyka. No striptease for you, no dance floor for you, no karaoke for you... The Paustovsky monument, the lighthouse, dolphins - that's all the sights. You can see the cottages at the Recreation Center.
Take binoculars: it is interesting for children to look at the ships that are on the roadstead far, far away in the sea, and the planes that land over the sea in Odessa.
Along the street, hostesses sell vegetables, fruits, and homemade wine at ridiculous prices. You can bring your own products to the cafe, for example, sausage, bread, vegetables, salads, beer, kefir, cottage cheese, etc. If you need something dietary for children, then you can agree, and they will cook it without any problems. It is better to leave an order in advance, but anyway, the time difference is, as a rule, from 10 to 20 minutes. If it is cooked earlier and cooled down, then there is a microwave. Ask to be warmed up. I advise you to take an electric kettle with you. In the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening, when there is an influx of people in the cafe, the cooler does not have time to heat the water.
The skewers are great!! ! Roman-mangalshchiku special respect and respect. But some fry themselves - there are enough barbecues.
The staff is very responsive, all issues were resolved immediately. It is best to contact the maid Natasha, she is the most experienced of all, and although she is in all positions (both cleaners, and maids, and laundresses), she is with staff like a foreman. Everyone speaks Ukrainian and Russian. And in English, by the way, too. There was one vacationing Frenchman (his wife is Ukrainian), so the waitress Alina spoke English with him.
Vacationers were from Ukraine (the bulk), from Belarus, from Lithuania, from Moldova, from Poland. Well, and from France, as I said.
In general, my wife and I have the best impressions and warm memories. But that's not the only reason I'm giving a high score. Objectively speaking, there is a concept: "value for money". So the quality, in my opinion, exceeds the price here.

The hotel leaves much to be desired! The room looks good at first glance. But upon check-in, they promised us to bring towels, which we never saw, the door handle in the shower was kept on a kind word, they promised us to call the master, but two days later we had to fix it ourselves, because while I was in the shower, the door slammed shut and my husband barely opened the door. … More ▾ The hotel leaves much to be desired! The sockets are all torn off, there really is wi-fi, but it does not load anything and disappears every couple of minutes.
Terribly upset their cafe... the choice of dishes is meager, but oh well. But waiting an hour and a half for french fries is too much, and several times they forgot about the number of servings. The last day is etched into my memory. At 18:00 we ordered potatoes on the grill (to be ready by 20:00). Back at 19:45 we were told that it would be ready in 15 minutes, but at 21:00, when we were already tired of asking when they would serve it to us, the waitress, blinking her eyes, said "this is my trick, I gave it to someone "!! ! I'm still in shock. I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone. The prices don't match the service!

I never write reviews, but it boiled over. rested with a family 3 days: a normal Soviet room (refrigerator, air conditioning worked fine), no hair dryer (you need to take it with you), for 4 adults 4 large and 2 small towels, apparently there wasn’t enough for everyone, no one cleaned up the garbage and in the bathroom after a shower puddle on the floor, which there is nothing to wipe and towels for feet, too. … More ▾ I never write reviews, but it boiled over. rested

In the so-called cafe, breakfast, lunch and dinner have to wait from one to two, although you make an order in advance for a specific time. The service is poor: they promised an early check-in, upon arrival they said that you would have to wait another 2 hours. The price per room is more than 1000 UAH / day, but it's not worth it. The hotel is not recommended. Natalia Kyiv.

I'll start with an undoubted plus - it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. The kebab cooks unrealistically delicious, while in addition to meat there is also fish, it's just a drug, they ordered it every day. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi is available. However, there was a lack of a normal closet, many things remained in the suitcase, because there was nowhere to put them. … More ▾ I'll start with an undoubted plus - it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi is available. However, there was a lack of a normal closet, many things remained in the suitcase, because there was nowhere to put them. Repair, though simple, but fresh, although the bed creaked. There was also an unpleasant smell from linen and towels. I asked to replace them, they brought almost the same smell. Apparently, they are dried in an incomprehensible place.
Cleaning is done extremely rarely, and then if you ask and remind.
A separate story is the shower. Although there is always hot water, it was a great difficulty to wash normally, as the water jumps sharply from boiling water to ice.
The territory is completely unkempt, there is only one gazebo. There is nothing to do with children there - in this hotel, and in general in Sanzheyka. An ordinary village, there is no infrastructure. Nowhere to even just walk.
Most complaints about the cafe in the hotel. The choice is quite meager, while the prices are simply heavenly. Plain thin omelette, often burnt, 49 UAH. The complex lunch was tasty enough, but it was carried for a long time, it's just awful... we waited for 20-30 minutes, although we ordered by the exact time the day before. Three times I had to ask for bread and compote to be brought.
In principle, it would be quite possible to put 5 stars, but the poor cleaning of the rooms and the kitchen still do not allow this. Guys, you are cool, but there is work to be done.

We chose a hotel in a hurry and there weren’t many options, so we settled in this one. I'll start with the good. The sea is nearby, clean, warm and shallow. The view from the room window is wonderful. There are not very many vacationers, which is also a plus for me. This is where the good ends. When we checked in, no one from the administration communicated with us, not counting some noisy woman from the balcony. … More ▾ We chose a hotel in a hurry and there weren’t many options, so we settled in this one. When we checked in, no one from the administration communicated with us, not counting some noisy woman from the balcony. The room is spacious, the bathroom in the room is decent, the bed is comfortable, but the room does not pull for that money, it is not cozy.
The hotel positions itself as a family hotel for families with children. But there is NOTHING for children there, I’m not even talking about making a playground, at least bare wires and building debris removed from the territory!
But the best part is the food! The menu consists mainly of purchased semi-finished products. And half of them are out of stock. The prices are too high, not lower than in a normal Kiev cafe. If the administration sets such prices, then they must be justified. But the food there is bad. It was really scary to feed the baby. But there is no choice, because there is nowhere to cook for yourself and there are no other cafes in the village.
For example:
borscht 50 UAH
milk porridge 50 UAH
meat dishes about 100 UAH.
For the sake of interest, we went to other hotels to see, in the village there is something to choose cheaper and better.
I will definitely never visit this hotel again and do not recommend it.
