When the administrator arrived, in fact he gave the following figures 400 UAH. accommodation, 180 UAH. meals per day, 100 UAH. procedures per day, 10 UAH. per day for parking, the cost turned out to be an order of magnitude more expensive when remarked, the administrator could not explain why, on the phone and on the website, some prices actually came out different. As a result, instead of 860 UAH. we were charged 970 UAH.

The second thing I really didn’t like was that she gave a price list for the procedures, i. e. as it turned out, the cost of treatment does not include the cost of procedures, which is deducted from the paid 100 UAH. those. if you exceed 100 UAH. you will pay extra. For example, a visit to the pool costs 100 UAH. (In Kyiv I visit an excellent quality swimming pool, the price is 70 UAH. ).
Having moved into the room, it turned out that there was no wi-fi in the rooms, as the administrator explained, it is, but 5-6 rooms out of 62. Then I was struck by the cleaning of the room before settling, it’s darkness, it feels like they didn’t clean it, there is dirt in the bath, hair, dirty pillows, washed towels, dirty rug, dust on the floor. Normally cleaned in the room on the third attempt. Faucets are rusty, half-working, repairs and furniture are very tired.
The dining room was made of logs and stank of food so much that after 30-40 minutes all the clothes stank so much that even clean air could not cope. The quality of the food is terrible, the products are the cheapest (for example, oatmeal, corn porridge were with tyrsa and garbage). In addition to poor quality products, the quality of cooking is a nightmare.
Procedural, the first minus is that the procedures are done in different rooms, for example, after warming up, you had to go out into the cold air and the whole procedure was down the drain, it was not possible to sit in the room after the procedure. the rooms are so small that the next visitors could not be served until you left. In the treatment rooms, dirt from the floor to the towels used to wrap or cover, in some rooms there is a strong smell of urine. Treatment is prescribed by the head physician from the ceiling.
The water that is offered in the pump room of the sanatorium seems to be poured from a tap, there is no smell or taste of hydrogen sulfide in it, it was clear when we visited the lower city pump room, it is located 1 km from the sanatorium.
The administration agrees to the comments, but nothing changes, when he talked with the owner of the sanatorium, he did not even want to listen to the comments and insisted on eviction with obscenities. As a result, instead of 14 days, we stayed there for 3.
