Rested in the sanatorium "Orizont", town. Sergeevka, Odessa region in September 2017. My impressions of the resort:
For food and accommodation, basically, there are no complaints.
1. There are 2 types of mattresses in the sanatorium:
a) one-sided spring (rigid)
b) foam, 5 cm thick, completely sewn into oilcloth.
Both of these mattresses are not suitable for spinal patients, who for the most part have gone through bedsores. The best option: a foam mattress, 10 cm thick, without oilcloth throughout the entire volume - but only in the middle of the mattress, where the human pelvis is located. And personal hygiene products, which include oilcloth, vacationers must have with them (this can be prescribed in the contract, as well as a fine in case of damage to the mattress). And the existing 5 cm mattresses can be given on top springs.

2. For some reason, all procedures are carried out every other day and in an abbreviated form: instead of 20 minutes - 10 minutes, and massage instead of 30 minutes - 15 minutes! In the lobby of the sanatorium, you need to hang the price list of the services provided and their prices, so that people themselves (taking into account the recommendations of the doctor) can choose the right ones for them, focusing on the amount for treatment, according to the Agreement. So that the attending physician does not say: "You are not supposed to. " And on every occasion he did not send to the head physician.
3. In the sanatorium, it is necessary to build a ramp between the floors (from the 5th to the 1st floor), as an emergency exit in case of fire, as well as in case of elevator breakdown.
4. Very weak medical base, which needs to be expanded. Few medical specialists. There should be a medical post on each floor. There is no laboratory, ultrasound room (and, accordingly, the apparatus), and in the enema room there is only 1 couch for the procedure (and this is for 200 people in wheelchairs)!! ! And for walking vacationers, this procedure is generally “not allowed”! Well, it's just a crime, being a couple of kilometers from the sea, not to have brine and mud in the sanatorium !! ! The delivery of wheelchairs to the sea, as well as the provision of volunteers to assist in swimming in the sea, is not organized in any way. The cinema room is also wheelchair accessible, as is the library.
5. The management of the sanatorium does not meet with vacationers, does not hear what people lack, why they are outraged. The attending physician does not visit again.
6. The employees of the sanatorium are attentive, cultured and polite during the procedures.
7. At the request of the senior honey. give the sister a foam mattress (to put it on a spring, hard), she said that the head of the sanatorium (! ) decides this issue, and he has been away from work for 2 days, but this issue is under her control. This question was not resolved until the end of my stay in the sanatorium. In other sanatoriums, such issues are resolved at the level of the hostess!

8. For the first time in this sanatorium I heard that you have to go to the library with a wallet (like a store) in order to leave a deposit for a book! And for renting a sanatorium stroller, you need to leave your passport as a deposit (!!! ), which is illegal! In other sanatoriums, everything that belongs to you is entered into the sanatorium-resort book, and when the patient leaves, the signature (stamp) of the responsible person is put on the delivery of property. Why reinvent the wheel?!
9. From leisure for vacationers - a disco. Everything!! ! (except checkers, chess, dominoes).
10. There is no hairdressing salon on 9 floors of the sanatorium. Also, a manicurist would not be superfluous, and not one, since there are many women in the sanatorium.
11. When arriving at the sanatorium, no one helps to transfer things from the car to the room, and when leaving - from the room to the car!
12. For the tour section, a fee of 400 UAH is charged!
13. The compressor fan that pumps fresh air into the salt room (the procedure is this: you breathe salt vapor in this room), works like a truck engine - lived on the 2nd floor almost just above this “cooler”. Every 10-15 minutes it turns on for 1 minute and NOISE. And this is in the morning and somewhere before 14:00, every day.
