I booked a double room - IMPROVED (for myself and the child), we planned to heal because both the child and I are asthmatics. The photos were promising. I was told over the phone that check-in was at 11:00 am. Having traveled a long way, they kept me for several hours at the doors of the administrations + accounting department, having paid a considerable sum at 11.30 I get into my paid and pre-booked room. And imagine my surprise when, calmly entering the room, I find the previous residents having breakfast in it.
A bunch of things, having no choice, I leave things in a room with unknown people and go with the child to see a doctor for treatment. Well, the appointment with the doctor was basically normal. I got to my room after dinner, it was not cleaned, the refrigerator was not washed, everything was as left by the previous tenants.
The IMPROVED room itself is simply HORRIBLE. San knot all battered, rusty and fungus everywhere. Sorry for the details, but if you sit on the toilet - either you will be on the floor with the toilet bowl, or the toilet lid will be on your back - the choice is yours. In the shower, you will wash with one hand, and hold the watering can with the other. All that is improved is the refrigerator EVERYTHING !!!!!

Nutrition. The food, in principle, is tolerable, but there is a big BUT, these are floating flies. Very often, slightly warm or even cold dishes were served. If you want a piece of black bread, since it is on the neighboring tables, but not on yours (I don’t know why, probably because citizens of a different nationality are sitting at those tables who behave as if you are not in your homeland, but they don’t give it to you and they say that you had to order it in advance, but it depends on the shift. There was a shift, the girls worked well and there were no complaints.
Will I go to Niva again - NEVER!!!! ! And you decide for yourself.
