Another point about food: the staff is trying, but it still takes a long time to wait for the food to be served. I think this is important, because it is better to spend an hour longer on the lake than to wait for food. Perhaps this will change in the high season and they will take on more staff.

Rested from 29.04. 18 to 01.05. 18 I really liked everything, I did not understand the negative comments towards this recreation center, personally I really liked everything, a cozy room made of wooden beams, very tasty cuisine, and especially desserts). Very convenient location (recreation center is located on the first shore line), there are gazebos where you can sit, you can grill kebabs and vegetables on the grill (grid and skewers can be requested from the administrator).

We travel a lot on the territory of Ukraine, we saw various hotels, bases, hotels, sanatoriums. Phoenix is one of our most controversial places to live. The pleasant wooden appearance of the log house spoils the impression of very small cramped rooms. The site does not indicate that their area is 3x3 m.

The feeling of tightness is intensified by stuffiness. Opening windows is impossible. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the street, the nets on the windows have not arrived yet. In the yard on April 30, no one expected such a strong mosquito invasion.
Separately, I want to say about the low sound insulation. You can only hear the children talking loudly. Feeling - that the neighbors from above "walk on the head. " And the neighbors on the side are located in the same room with us. Doesn't the technology of building log cabins provide for high-quality sound insulation between rooms? If not for the very friendly staff, the experience would have been terrible. But the girls at the reception give their smiles and try to correct the impression. The cuisine is very tasty, beautiful and varied. As far as possible, they try to fulfill all requests.

We never regretted that we chose this resort, although before the trip we read radically opposite reviews. Settled quickly, in a clean room (№8). Food is hearty and varied, always with dessert. The cook made stewed eel to order, it was delicious. I liked that you could take boiling water or ready-made tea, coffee until 23 o'clock.

The territory of the base is very beautifully decorated, everything is immersed in greenery and flowers. Everything is designed for children and adults. Poor sound insulation, as in all houses of this type. Instead - environmentally friendly. Many thanks to all the staff who provided us with a good rest!

Room 1 consists of two rooms. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and tidy. Everything is done in a certain style. There is a fireplace, which I really liked on cool evenings. The food was excellent, the food was varied, everything was delicious and homemade. The children also always had something to eat. Very attentive staff, made friends with the girls "The girls tried to fulfill all our requests. A big hello to them. We rested for 8 days, and when we left, it was a pity to leave. At parting, the girls gave a jar of jam in a branded gift box, which was very nice and sweet. I advise you to stay at the recreation center "Phoenix ", and we ourselves will come to rest here.

We booked 2 rooms a month before arrival. Paid a deposit of UAH 1.500. We went to rest with 2 families. The godparents had a small child - 2 rivers. The area looks beautiful, I liked that "Phoenix" is on the shores of the lake. Going inside, we were disappointed - the Soviet Union, not very clean, a lot of some rubbish (dust collectors).

While we waited for the administrator to move in with another family, the table we were waiting for began to be set. The owners of the hotel had lunch. This surprised and alarmed me.
Then it started to be more fun. I paid for 5 days of accommodation, the administrator gave me to read a yellow piece of paper on which were written the rules of residence. I read it and went to the rooms. We had the 16th and 18th. May God have mercy. I have never seen such a thing in my life. The dirt is such that I can't pass it on.
Rooms two for two, no more. Cobwebs on the windows. Dust on the TV on two fingers. The smell is not fresh. The bed is tired. And this is not the worst. We went to the bathroom. It would be better if I never went there. The toilet, shower and tiles were probably installed before I was born, and I'm not that young. The cabin is scratched, fungus is everywhere, the tiles in the shower are reflected and the hole is covered with cardboard. The administrator sees that I am shocked. And he says, "Well, you say no. " Me: "Is there anything else to say? It's not what we saw on your site. It's not what I paid for. " - What did you see on the site? Well, I get the phone, and wi-fi is "caught" just down the hall. We went down and looked. On the site it is room №13. There is no photo of the toilet. Now I understand why.
Next food. It seemed strange to me that the price of a double room will include meals for one person. Well, OK, the two of us and we paid 140 UAH / day for breakfast and dinner for another adult.
At the price we got 620 UAH / day for two adults (accommodation and meals: breakfast + evening).
PEOPLE CANNOT AND SHOULDN'T LIVE IN SUCH CONDITIONS! ! ! !!
