We arrived at the hotel yesterday. As it turned out, no one cleaned our room, the hostess shook off the rug and the dust had not been removed from it for a year. The hostess Lesya is a very impudent and deceitful lady, she wants to squeeze out more money and does nothing. The stench from the toilets, old furniture, dirty and expensive (360 UAH per day per room). We changed our minds about staying, so she still didn’t want to give the money away and lied, either she had a crowd waiting for her room, or she had no one to accommodate. In the end, we found a much better hostel.
