The hotel is cozy made of wood, new (as they say fresh). The territory is large, there is an excellent playground, a trampoline, a swing for relaxation and a tennis table, gazebos with barbecue facilities, sun loungers and a small pond for the lazy (who are too lazy to walk to the lake, which is 300 m away). The territory has its own cafe and a small kitchenette for self-study cooking. The room rate includes breakfast (but it is modest, both in quantity and assortment....if you rest for 5-7 days, then oatmeal, buckwheat porridge with sausage and scrambled eggs are a little boring).
The menu would also be a little more varied, the food is deliciously cooked, but the portions are for children, an adult man needs to order two (thin soups, dumplings in a serving of 10-12 small pieces)
The rooms are cozy (we stayed in a junior suite) cool (the wood keeps the room at a normal temperature), but there is no place for things. There are shelves, but they are at the level of the head, such as for hats and cosmetics. Instead of a bedside table, it would be possible to organize a place for clothes (a small chest of drawers, a locker or just a couple of shelves at a level of 20-40-60 cm from the floor, and, accordingly, a couple of hooks above them..... similar to a closet). The bed is comfortable with an orthopedic mattress, there is a sofa bed.

There is a cozy balcony, a table and two chairs.
The bed and towels (small and 2 large) are white, but they would be changed every 3-4 days ("-" for the staff). Also about wet cleaning, it is "on demand" and in the presence of the owners of the room, but by the time the staff arrives, plans are already changing (it's time to go to the beach or eat). The staff works while relaxing!!!
There are also "health vats" on the territory, we were not there (we went to lie on the beach and swim in the lakes), but people came out of the vats warm and happy.
In general, a few words for the owners of the complex, the prices for the rooms are a bit overpriced, because with the service for a C grade and a menu for a C grade, not everyone will return to you for the second time. Remove the shortcomings and work with the staff, and they will come to you more than once indicative times, but also advise friends.
