The room does not match the price. 700 UAH per room - just a shame!

I stayed for 1 night in the city of Svityaz at the Nester House Hotel. Room with 2 double bed for 700 UAH/night. A whole list of disadvantages:
1) There were 2 rooms to choose from: on the sunny side and on the shady one. I immediately noticed that in the "sunny" room it stank a little of tar and wood due to the heating. I chose "shadow" - but it's cold there.
2) Marble or tile floor - very cold. Walking without shoes is impossible - the legs are stiff.
3) They say the design "wooden" is cool. But for me it's very similar. And the sockets are brown under the tree - for half an hour I was looking for an outlet to recharge the phone. It is on the side of the bed.
4) The "Gospel" was carefully placed in the chest of drawers. Thank you, but this is tactless: what if I'm a Muslim or an atheist. It’s good that they didn’t put sectarian literature.
5) Room for two - only 2 towels.

6) In the toilet there is an inscription "Do not throw paper into the toilet" - I have never seen this in hotels. It's the style of the pub. . .
7) The shower is just a stand with a curtain. The water drained slowly - the drain was clogged, it was necessary to clean it.
8) A rag curtain - it lets water through. Guess what happened? That's right, washed in the shower - flooded the entire bathroom!
9) The door to the toilet did not close.
10) Turned on the TV, showed channel "1 + 1" and pretty bad. I started to switch channels with arrows - there is not a single channel anymore. None of the channels worked at all. The TV, by the way, is cool, but the problem is that it is either turned off black, or it is turned on blue.
11) ALL these 10 shortcomings for 700 UAH/night - well, this is a complete finish!! ! I would also understand if the price was 200, then I would give the hotel 7/10, but how can it cost 700 UAH/night? I almost forgot: the room is small: 14 m2.
Okay, a couple of pluses in the end:
1) The staff is polite
2) There is a restaurant, and additional services (like ATV rental for 550 UAH / hour, but there is! ). In the restaurant, the food is really expensive, but if you pay 700, then you can afford : )
3) The design of the courtyard and huts is quite good.
4) Even if you check in alone, there will be 2 breakfasts - after all, the rooms are double. It is 2 breakfasts for one - it will be quite satisfying for you. (Not enough for two of course)
I will not add the location of the hotel to the "pros"; it is a bit far from the coastline, and similar hotels right on the coast were priced at 450 UAH, but not at all for 700.
In general, I did not like it! There is simply nothing to pay 700 UAH/day. It doesn't even look like a hotel, it's more like "I rent a room" (it's there for 75 UAH / day, I found out). I do not advise!
