You can forget about the rest here. Rooms are not cleaned, for a week never even changed the bed (singing had to take their own). The rooms have old plumbing and furniture, dirty bedding, fungus in the bathroom ...And you will not get your money back if you refuse to live in such conditions.
Food - it's all ...when you are told there is a summer kitchen - it's just barbecues without any appliances and dining room, where you should not go.
One plus is that the first line to the lake, however, in the neighborhood you can find much better conditions and at a better price.
Ironically, in addition to my family and such a vacation, I feel sorry for the owner. Because, his property is managed by incompetent people (according to the manager - this is a comfortable double room).
