We stayed at the hotel for two and a half days and left, although we had planned a week. Of the pluses, I can only note a beautiful collection of Christmas trees on the site. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends.
We were settled on the attic floor in a two-room suite. You can forget about silence in this hotel, since there is no sound insulation, moreover, the doors to the rooms are of such low quality that they are empty inside, and there is still a gap of two centimeters between the door and the floor! Worst of all is the stench in the whole room, as if no ventilation saves from sweaty male feet! And all because the hotel shamelessly saves on everything and wash linen and towels without powder and dry them so badly that they rot and become damp. When they made a remark to the hostess, she pretended not to know anything and suggested that they choose their own bed linen from a pile of the same smelly linen, and I still have to hide with this....They paid 700 UAH per day for the room and for this money they cannot wash clothes with powder?
Now about nutrition: I think that the food is better in prison. The kitchen has only one chef and is torn between food preparation and customer service. There is no special clothing, no white coat or apron, no hat or scarf on the head. How can you cook food for strangers in a dressing gown! For breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always a cheap salad of grated beets. It seems to me that I won’t be able to see beets for the whole next year : ) They sell tomatoes and cucumbers at the market for 10 UAH / kg! Is it really difficult to cut a light summer salad? why stuff beets in the summer? you can forget about milk porridge, fresh bread, coffee with milk or at least just coffee, cheese and butter. Margarine or spread is served instead of butter. On the table is the fourth part of the salt shaker and the same amount of pepper. Only two napkins are given for two people! Napkins that cost a penny and save on them too! and two toothpicks! tea is brewed like in a school canteen: an incomprehensible badyaga made from cheap tea. We arrived during the rainy season in the Carpathians and when you get wet to the hotel you just want to make tea for yourself, but unfortunately there is no such possibility. All these shortcomings show the attitude towards the client. For two days we were given slurry with potatoes in the form of soup, there was always wheat porridge, cheap sausages. I was scared to eat it, realizing that everything was prepared just as carelessly as everything else in this hotel. In advance, the hostess and the kitchen were asked not to give any sausages and nothing fried, but their concept of diet food is extremely wrong. Why ask if you don't do anything afterwards? The hotel is inconveniently located, you have to walk far and if you get caught in the rain, then there is nowhere to even hide along the way.

We could not stand it for more than two days and left, no one wants to change anything and most likely will not! I do not recommend this place and its greedy owner.
