It was built several years ago and, of course, the more modern ones are already "on horseback": in the junior suite, the bathroom does not pull well for 4 stars - a tiny sink. sometimes at lunchtime, the smells of the kitchen spread up to the 4th floor. In the restaurant, they strained with black tea (included in the price of breakfast), they add up to 10 tea bags to the whole room in the tea box, but at least drink green : ) Strained with glasses and for that to take juice, drink for starters the compote placed on the tables for everyone : ) Apparently the vacationer went thieving : ) - I had to beg for literally every breakfast and dinner small spoons for tea (honey)
For shortcomings, perhaps everything : ) From the good: very diligent staff - and the porter - who immediately famously delivered the luggage to the room, and the cleaners, and the waiters, and the restaurant administrators, and the staff of the SPA area. Small additional options add "amenities": then coolers in several places of the hotel and spa area, free herbal tea near the sauna, free 2 bottles of water in each room daily and a couple of coffee bags and all the same green tea : ). Own pump room with several types of healing water.
We were on a full board basis, so the offered options for breakfast, lunch, dinner were never repeated. Excellent quality products: constantly several varieties of fish, meat, diet dishes. It happened and the garnish was brought literally cold.
From advice: adjust the sauna’s operating time literally for an hour: even if it is not from 16 to 21, but at least from 16-30 to 22-30, otherwise it somehow turns out to be inconsistent with the operation of the pool (up to 23 hours) and with dinner-service in the restaurant in 2 shifts (((
