Of the minuses, as I read in the reviews, this is a small mirror in the room in a strange place - above our sofa (in order to look at myself at least a little lower, I stood on the sofa); there is no hanger at the entrance to the room and little light (there is no central chandelier, it's a bit dark). Room service is excellent, nothing to complain about. Meals "for slaughter", with restaurant serving and fast service, you will not lose weight. . But the children's menu is strange, does the chef have children? my stubborn, out of harm, ordered from him, as a result, she took away dishes from us. The staff is friendly everywhere, Zoryana at the medical reception is just smart. None of us caught any intestinal infection, including the child, and children do not walk along the corridors with droppers, as I read in other reviews.
