we come for the third time. impressions are conflicting. the quality of service resembles a sine graph: from time to time, sometimes worse, sometimes better. for the first time we were generally wildly delighted, we are experienced tourists, we have been to many places, we have seen a lot of things, but we have not experienced delight, as on the first visit, it is a pity that it was only on the first visit.
in general, we can say: the quality of the hotel management does not allow to provide decent service during the period of a large influx of visitors (and we are not even talking about the "high season" !! ). the second signal that not everything is in order is a large turnover of personnel (it can be seen from the faces of the waiters that by our 3rd visit the service staff of the "restaurant" was almost completely renewed, and for the third time, only a couple of familiar faces remained, while the first waiters were, in my humble opinion, better than the current ones).
we can’t say anything bad about the medical service: the doctors are qualified, the few services that we used correspond to a good level. add a masseur girl to the staff, maybe two, for a change (and so that there would be smaller queues, otherwise everything was scheduled 2 weeks in advance for the only girl who, apparently, ran away from you), well, I’m shy in front of the guys half-naked lie down, I have such a quirk.

now about nutrition. On the 1st arrival (a year ago) we were almost completely delighted (on the 7th day the monotonous food became a little boring), on the 2nd arrival (May 2016) we took only breakfasts (were not bad), then we planned to eat at the hotel bar or room service, but we were denied! only drinks were available at the bar, the kitchen refused to prepare the dishes provided on the menu for us (the director of the "restaurant" himself refused on the phone, who was so busy that he refused to go up one floor at OUR REQUEST to explain the reason for the refusal, incl. room service), ended up eating at the restaurants of other hotels, and it was very cool (!!! ). at the moment: so far (the 4th day of stay) is not bad at all, there is not enough sugar substitute (in the first 2 visits it was, now they apparently save) for diabetics or comrades struggling with excess weight. from general observations, it can be noted that they take into account the wishes of customers (in the "restaurant" they give a questionnaire and try to fulfill the wishes made on the menu, though not immediately). from the negative: we repeatedly voiced a request before serving the dish individually for us not to sprinkle desserts with sugar-containing powders and sweet syrups - not every time it was brought to completion. there are no complaints about the tablecloths, they are fresh, clean, ironed, but yes, the chairs are not always clean, there are surprises, it’s good if you find it in time. Well, for some reason, dishes very often become cold or barely warm to serve, and ice cream for dessert is more like a cocktail at the time of serving. they bring the following dishes almost without giving time to deal with the previous one, as a result, there is nowhere to put the plates on the table, because there are a lot of us at the table (and even a child who does not eat too fast).
requests at the reception (for example, to provide scales in the room) were also not carried out. (and I asked to replace the light bulb in the children's room 3 times on previous visits, they never responded before departure !! ! but cheers, everything is fine by the 3rd visit! better late than never)
apparently there is no management control over compliance with individual customer requests.
everything is stable in the cleaning service : ) all 3 arrivals (we live in the same room). one girl does everything from the heart (and washes everything (tables, glasses, cups), and vacuums, and cleans up our clothes mess (many thanks) and puts tea and coffee, puts new water even if the previous one has not been drunk) and for people, but the second, depending on the degree of pollution and mood, is visible (sometimes it vacuums, sometimes it doesn’t, tea, coffee, and water are not always worth lying, even if all the previous ones have been drunk).
I would like to see a full-fledged double bed in the suite, and not a composition of two single mattresses, which after a couple of nights go to different sides of the bedroom, as well as more comfortable mattress covers (yes, there are mattress covers that do not let moisture through and at the same time do not they creak and crunch with every movement). But wanting is not harmful, as they say.
sometimes it happens that the water in the bathroom is only boiling water, then only ice water. from two taps at the same time. In general, vigilance should not be lost on vacation)
the girls in the nursery are great, thank you! and crafts, and supervision! kids love them (they prefer to spend time all day there, and not stare at the tablet TV in the room).

The SPA area is also great: everything is clean, everything is in decent condition, everything is good in general, and the guy is very attentive and helpful. the gym is not bad. Yes, and they constantly add something new, thanks, do not stop there (you can also add simulators for children; ) )
in general, it is clear that the hotel management is making efforts to restore order, in which we sincerely wish them success.
P. S. and the towels and bathrobes we had for all 3 visits were excellent : ) and the spiders on the windows and exits to the balcony look stable and not bad! )
