1 settlement process: very fast, pleasant, took only a few minutes. until the moment of check-in, they left things in the luggage compartment, so as not to lose a single minute of rest, they recommended to make an appointment immediately for a consultation with a doctor. The specialists of the medical center are professionals, the doctors are very attentive + during the stay they are interested in health and correct appointments. I really liked the organization of the work of the entire medical center: I work from 09:00-21:00, procedures are prescribed clearly on time, there are no failures and expectations at the offices. It was very comfortable for us, as it was possible to plan our day without being attached to anything.
The hotel has something to do: a large spa with a Finnish sauna, free cinema, billiards, excursions to the landscape places of Skhidnitsa (every weekend), live music evenings and free treats in the restaurant.
We lived in room 506 Junior Suite: the room is spacious, comfortable, with everything you need for a carefree holiday: towels, bathrobes, mini-cosmetics, various personal hygiene kits, daily cleaning and a stunning view from the window! We noticed that the room was renovated, all the furniture is new, a lot of different amenities: a welcome letter with wishes, sweet treats at the time of arrival, personalized congratulations and birthday discounts for the next visit, a letter of gratitude upon arrival - such trifles create a decent level of service. It is noticeable that the management takes care of the reputation of the hotel and all employees treat their work with love.
