Rested with my husband from 17 to 31 August. Chose this hotel based on reviews and it turned out I was right. Year of opening - 2010, respectively, everything is quite new and modern. I really liked what I call "the smell of a good hotel" - that is, the complete absence of smells from the kitchen, cleaning, etc. - only a feeling of cleanliness and comfort. And how nice it is, chilled after walking in the rain, to return to comfort and warmth! Questionnaires were always in the room, where it was necessary, among other things, to note the staff you liked. I couldn't single out anyone - everyone was great. Friendliness, correctness, willingness to help - we were constantly surrounded by unobtrusive care. In general, the hotel has a very homely atmosphere. We went around almost all the hotels and large villas of Skhidnytsia, looking for a possible alternative, but decided that "Kievskaya Rus" was out of competition. I'm not saying that there were no problems at all - there were, but everything was resolved quickly, efficiently and taking into account all our wishes. I consider it a big plus that from the hotel to the forest - 5 minutes. in one direction (there, by the way, there are two sources - iron and glycerin) and 10 - in the other (source No. 1 and further - No. 3). Walking in the woods is another story. The forests are luxurious, the air is clean, the energy is super, I got such pleasure from walking a long time ago in Planerskoye. Routes themselves lined up every day new. The fact that nature does not have bad weather. Here you feel everything. You can also drink some water at the hotel, six types of it are brought there every day (they are updated several times a day), but many people prefer to combine business with pleasure, although in bad weather the pump room in the hotel is most welcome. There were sunny days - sunbathing outside by the pool. Comfortable beds, clean towels. The pool was mostly filled with kids, but it didn't bother us too much. Food in the restaurant - for every taste. Two types of menus - dietary and regular (I would say semi-dietary, because everything is in olive oil and gently processed - baked, grilled, etc. ). By the end of the holiday, we somehow got tired of sturgeon skewers, delicious salads and tiramisu with Napoleons for dessert (I'm joking, of course, but this is to get an idea of ​ ​ the food). They ate on the terrace - air, a beautiful view - they didn’t even leave at 9 degrees, wrapping themselves in the offered blankets. Yes, there is also an indoor pool - not very big, though - 11 meters, but without the suffocating smell of bleach. In the evening, sauna, you can go to the cinema - four sessions a day, including indispensable morning cartoons. Bar - around the clock, with an evening program, very worthy. The library is small, but diverse - from Pushkin to Ustinova. The medical center is not cheap, but the procedures are worth it. I really liked the head doctor (she also consults as a therapist) - a lot of good advice and a very professional approach to everyone. Round-the-clock duty nurse. If an ambulance is needed, everything is clear and to the point. Need medicines - under the order, promptly delivered. We diagnosed ourselves well enough and managed to heal. For such a short time in Kyiv, it would be unrealistic. We are fulfilling all orders now. I rate this health-improving complex as the first vacation spot in Ukraine, where I want to return without fail. Very fond memories, so I wrote this review as a thank you for a great vacation.
