On the morning of the day of departure (April 1.2023), we wanted to thank you for a wonderful vacation, but an event happened that ruined all the positive impressions.
We were accused of drinking a small bottle of whiskey from the minibar.

I am a decent person and would never in my life undermine my authority with such trifles, and especially drink 100 grams of whiskey and pack a cork and an excise stamp on an empty bottle. But neither the administrator nor the maid accepted any arguments from my side.
I asked to record in writing the fact that there was no alcoholic beverage in the bottle, but the maid, saying "I won't write anything", left the reception.
Thus, the only conclusion that can be seen from my side was the mechanism of extortion of money used by the hotel staff.
It is very unfortunate that individual employees, by their actions, cause great reputational damage to a good institution.
