Rested in May 2012. Room with an attic, a window in the ceiling, but cheap - 180 UAH per day. It was very cold, but the owners turned on the independent heating. The boiler room was just opposite my window - the smoke and smell of course is terrible, but it's warm in the room. The food is modest, no frills. Breakfast cereals are tired, but 100 UAH per day - and you don’t have to look for any cafes and run there in the pouring rain. Entertainment - 0.000. It's good that I took a laptop, since the Internet in the hotel is free and fast. Television - satellite, many channels are coded, in the evenings 5-6 work normally. The water in the hotel is terrible - it stinks of iron and hydrogen sulfide, it is impossible to drink it, it is undesirable to take a shower. Helps imported drinking in eggplants on the 1st floor, change it regularly, as you drink very quickly.
The villa itself is not far from the source, if through the woods - from half a kilometer. The air is wonderful when it is not spoiled by the local grill with shish kebabs. The situation at the villa is normal, the staff is good, all requests are fulfilled to the best of their ability.
I agree with the comments about kids. There are fewer of them there, and there are up to 3 years. A mother with such a "miracle" was just sitting at the table with me. It was impossible to eat in peace. In general, the hotel is aimed at families with children. Lonely there is nothing to do in principle. Honeymoon - look elsewhere for sure.
