First, I read the hotel rules on the door. It is something. I won’t reproduce it verbatim now, but there are a couple of points there....
1. If you bring a guest to the hotel, then you MUST register him by presenting the guest's passport to the “floor attendant” (I don’t remember how it was indicated there).
2. The guest is obliged to leave the hotel before 23.00
This is tin!! ! Personally, this is the first time I've encountered this. Those. I pay my money and then report who I invite and why!! ! The Soviet Union rules
I would also like to suggest to the owners, in order to observe the moral principles of the hotel and vacationers, to demand, when settling a man and a woman in one room, their passports with mandatory marriage registration, and if they are with children, then birth certificates of children and a notarized permission from grandparents ( no matter what happens).

Change this bourgeois and immoral name of the hotel "Arcadia" to a more moral one. For example, Krasny Kommunar or the more neutral Vympel.

And still I advise this hotel to those who like to quarrel, fight and want to replenish and enrich their stock of profanity! The service staff of the hotel will provide you with it in full!!!
And yet I don't recommend it. On 1.07 we tried to stay at this hotel. We were demanded to pay for the room immediately, although right in front of the woman who registered us, there was a sheet on which it was written in large, block letters and in Russian: "CALCULATION TIME 12.00". Since we arrived there at 19.00, it is logical to assume that not 12 at night, but 12.00 the next day!
A passport was also requested, which was provided.
I want to note that our friends paid for the rooms immediately, but personally we did not have a hryvnia. The husband offered dollars or give him the opportunity to go change them and pay. To the credit of the “receptionist” (let me call her that), she turned out to be a true patriot of our country and indignantly began to reprimand us that we knew where we were going and how it is possible to travel without a hryvnia in our country))))))). And then the scandal began!
Well, I'm ready to assume that some bastard deceived these "most honest" people, ran away without paying. But, it seems to me, this is not a reason now to consider ALL people the same reptiles and potential criminals who can run away !!!
In addition, as mentioned above, they had a passport in their hands, in which, as you know, there is a residence permit, i. e. residential address where we could be very easily found and prosecuted for non-payment.

Moreover, our car was parked on the territory of this hotel, behind closed gates and the keys to them (gates), of course, were with the owners, but not with us. And even if we theoretically assume that we, having walked around the glorious city of Skadovsk, decided to enter into a criminal conspiracy and still run away without paying, then we would have to get to Kyiv by passing cars, leaving our car to the hotel owners, the cost of which is several times higher than the cost numbers)))))
Well, lastly

Here is how these people speak about their own, even failed guests. Moreover, this happens in the virtual, when the writing person can control his emotions. So now imagine what happens in real life when the emotions of these citizens go off scale.
And specifically to the point. We were yelled at, insulted, a lady three times my weight tried to beat me. It was gross. I do not advise!!! !
