Гарний готель, але за такі гроші міг бути кращим. Nice hotel, but for the money it could be better.

The hotel itself is beautiful and neat, the service staff works and takes care of order in the territory all day. The room was reserved for settlement in advance on the website and paid for one day at a price of 2280 UAH, upon arrival they took 3800 UAH for accommodation for 4 days. The administrator, Ms. Natalia, when asked why so, just spread her hands and answered, "what are the prices like now". Well, I think it's good, having traveled 650 km and having previously rested at two locations (vats, thermal waters) I didn't want to spoil anyone's nerves and my own vacation.
The room is clean, tidy but those heavy and dense Soviet-era curtains at the entrance to the room are something. When the air temperature is 30 during the day and 25 and above at night, the room is stuffy, there are no blinds and air conditioning (at the previous location, the price of the hotel per day is 2300 UAH, and blinds and air conditioning and breakfasts are included in the price of accommodation).
At Nicoletta, you have to pay for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and no, you have to cook them yourself. (A big thank you to Ms. Galina for the delicious dishes and servery).

The pools are clean and tidy, they are cleaned at night, but I would like the time for using the pools to be increased. There is a massage room.
Parking is free on the hotel premises. But overall, it's okay.
