Booked the hotel 1.5 in advance, and then was able to book only a standard with twin beds, which indicates the insane popularity of this hotel. Impressions are simply incredible. Gorgeous nature, service, service. The girls are all attentive and nice. The room itself is very modest, the bathroom is small. But the cleanliness is perfect! The bed is snow-white, the glasses are shiny. Given the price of 450 UAH ....the room is fantastic. Breakfast (delicious, full) is included in the price. Clean daily. Conscientiously. The balcony overlooks the lake, the view from the window is fantastic. The spa complex helps in bad weather. Despite the fact that there was a wedding and a conference at that time, the waiters had time to accept and bring orders. Everything was very fast. Well done. The menu is big, everything is from it. There were no surprises with the prices, everything is listed on the website. On the contrary, I was surprised that in the spa we were given 1 liter of herbal tea (included in the price) and when we took the tub, they also brought tea.
When the hour was over, no one stood over the soul to get out already. There was no rudeness, only positive emotions.
Now about the cons. : ))))))

- the door to the room closes loosely, you can stuff your fingers between the doors
-I don't know how in the other building, but in the house above the lake sound insulation is simply absent. If you get inadequate neighbors, sleep is unrealistic. There is no one to complain about at 3 o'clock in the morning! I did not see the security anywhere.
- I recommend putting up a sign near the children's pool forbidding adults to swim there. I just don't understand why adults splash there.
- Put a glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom and a shelf for detergents in the shower.
