The rooms are not cold, but not hot either. Hot water from the 7 rooms we occupied was only in two, in the rest it was barely warm. The bedspreads on the bed are scorched by cigarettes, the same traces on the floor of the shower stall, but there is no unpleasant smell in the room. Towels, slippers, bathrobe, soap/shampoo/gel are provided.
Restaurant and spa in neighboring buildings, which is especially nice in winter. The food is tasteless but safe. The staff is energetic, efficient, but rude. It feels like we asked to go home to them in the middle of the night. It takes at least half an hour to walk to the nearest store. There is a large parking lot in the yard, the access road is convenient - the first turn after Bogorodichny.
In general, the service, the condition of the room and everything else is at the level of other expensive hotels in the northern part of the region, only the price is a little overpriced.
