I can say one thing - magnificently majestic, everything is at a very high level. I don't know how it was before the war, but it's great now. And the price, compared to "not quite" open-closed, is in the same order.

Excellent hotel !! ! The girls in the restaurant are just fine, quiet. unobtrusive, they know their stuff. The food is, of course, beyond praise, the veal is brilliant!!! I liked the cleanliness in the steam room and the pool, there is no nasty musty smell (they were recently in another place) and I liked that there is no smell of smoking in the room, the blanket and linen smell fresh.

Very surprised by the service, the girls are just smart! Not intrusive, not spoiled and always, I want to believe that with a sincere smile! Thanks to "Roche Royal" the rest turned out without unnecessary problems, which are usually associated with the level of service.

The hotel is normal but there is no territory. Asphalt all around and the bus station under your nose. Noisy. The kitchen is so-so. Prices are too high.

The best hotel in the world!!! ! celebrated their wedding there. Tamada was excellent - did not let our guests get bored. ))) I really liked the level of service - the staff is very attentive. Thank you very much - everything went like clockwork, although I was very worried. And of course, the kitchen was just super: I have never seen such masterpieces cooked at such a price.

We held an outdoor wedding ceremony there on the banks of the Donets. We liked everything very much. Many thanks to the conference manager Victoria. She organized everything, did not forget about any of our requests. The banquet was very good. I was simply delighted with the gift of the hotel - our wedding cake was simply gorgeous.

We stayed here with a young man for 3 days, as if we had been abroad!! ! I was so shocked by the level of service and the hotel itself that we recommended it to all our friends. I was delighted with their confectionery - you will lick your fingers))) rooms and food are just aerobatics!! ! thanks to all the staff of "Roche Royal" for unforgettable days in PARADISE)))) we will definitely be back!! !.

The unfortunate Estonian tourists, i. e. we succumbed to the misleading advertising of one "three-star" "hotel" in Svyatogorsk, but God sent us the Rocher Royal Hotel, where we went to dine after the "service" shock... And ended up in paradise.

And ended up in paradise. It so happened that we were met by the restaurant administrator Eugene himself. He led me to the wardrobe, and then to the restaurant. All the staff, apparently, went through the strictest selection when hiring, in the purest form, in white gloves, with the most polite attitude towards customers. As in the best 5 STAR hotels in Estonia, where the customer is king. Beautiful design of the hotel and restaurant, friendly receptionists in expensive uniforms. And EXCELLENT dishes, whatever you take. Amazing cuisine. Huge thanks to the chef.
