Stopped with a friend in this hotel based on information on the Internet. This is one of the few hotels that has a normal site.
I'll start with the positives.
Firstly, this is the location: silence, around nature, forest, river, lake. If you want to get away from the bustle of the city, then here you will succeed. The territory of the base is decorated very beautifully, there are many flower beds, benches, gazebos, there is a children's playground. In the evening, after dinner, we sat at the bar and sipped liquor. By Odessa standards, the prices here are reasonable. I was especially surprised by the saucer with sliced ​ ​ oranges for 1 hryvnia. We rented a room in the "Priozerny" house, we did not regret our choice, the place is pleasant. The food was acceptable in the dining room, it was important that there was a choice, although for my taste there were few vegetable dishes, salads, and if there were then small portions, this was in August. But there was a kettle and cups in the room, there was no normal tea and coffee in the dining room.

Now for the disadvantages.
Although the house was generally pleasant, it still had a rather shabby appearance. The faucet in the shower was faulty. The cold water did not flow, the hot water was too hot for a comfortable shower and hair wash. (Especially for some it is generally contraindicated). I approached the administrator, after a while a local master came up, somehow he turned on the tap so that the water began to flow at a cooler temperature, but still far from cold. I said that I was used to taking a cold shower, to which he remarked that you shouldn’t do this because you can catch a cold, and he left. I can’t say anything about cleaning the room, apparently it wasn’t there, but for the 3 days that we were there, there was no great need for this. Despite the normal food in the dining room, I think that a person should still have the right to refuse it, but food is mandatory when renting rooms. To go to the city you need to take a taxi, there is no other message, and this is 25-30 UAH. one way. The apogee of everything was that before leaving, I looked under the shower and saw there... mushrooms. The most real mushrooms, toadstools or something else. There probably was a suitable habitat for them - moisture and soil, or what they grew on there : -)
Perhaps everything. In general, we were satisfied with the rest. Yet the surrounding beauty was able to suppress petty grievances. At that time, a 2-bed room cost 220 UAH. + 60 UAH. food for one person. Now I see prices have risen, and if since then the base has not been renovated, then of course this is impudence.
