By evening, the water had not appeared, they rang to other bases - they heard about the problem with water in the city for the first time. The money was returned only with a scandal in raised tones and the use of profanity. Advice to the administrator: the lack of water is a very serious problem, in which the base should not work at all. We just don’t settle people, but those who managed to settle down - we apologize and with full compensation we move to other bases. With this approach to business, it's better to just get a normal job and not spoil people's vacation.
