A lot of work has been done to modernize the buildings (probably since the time of the union). The territory is beautiful, neat, well-kept. Lots of natural greenery and plantings. Even in November, clear lawns, trimmed lawns, rose alleys are prepared for wintering. Well-kept walkways lined with paving tiles, enough lighting to make it pleasant to walk to your building in the evening after dinner or spa treatments. It all makes a good impression. The spa is pretty decent. Saunas, an Ofuro barrel, a rest area, a phyto-bar - everything is at the service of vacationers.
Yes, the pool is not for swimming, but it is quite enough to take a dip after the sauna. The staff was pleased: both in the restaurants, and in the spa center, and in the buildings, polite, unobtrusive, almost invisible, but at any moment on the spot and solve all the issues that need to be solved within their competence and authority. However, it is so dissociating, in particular from the menu of the Terrace restaurant. Highly qualified waiters almost expertly bring out tasteless desserts on trays, probably bought by weight, even, I don't know where. Careful attention is paid to timely delivery of dishes to visitors, which are frankly cold (although they should be heated), butter cut into small cubes, although for the category of the hotel that Aquadar positions itself as, namely Reikartz Aquadar***, this is somehow incongruous. After all, there is an industrial method of packaged butter, jam, processed cheese for hotels, which is better stored and makes a better impression.
As for the choice of dishes (we took full board), everything is enough and the menu is varied: beef, chicken, fish in various variations, with two or three side dishes, enough salads, vegetables, various drinks, you will not remain hungry, especially since the waiters are constantly they monitor it and bring up what is missing in time. However, it is worth saying that from the two days of stay, in particular on Saturday, the food was very tasty. And on Friday - no, although each of us took a different dish. The same goes for breakfast on Sunday: cold omelets, bacon, pancakes...But the real test was staying in room 311...It was another quest! How to make sure that the room does not have the smell of stagnant water, which mercilessly made its way through all the cracks from the bathroom into the room in such a way that it choked the spirit. If you solve the problem, you will be able to live in it for several days.
Yes, the room is frankly small, but tidy, all the necessary furniture is there, the bathroom is clean, there is everything necessary for this category of hotel: a full set of towels, soap, shower gel, hair dryer. But the smell is such that it is impossible to stay in it. We found a way out of the situation. But why didn't the person responsible for economic issues (that is, the head of the farm) do this? And by the way, this question has already been raised, judging by the reviews, during the last 4 years. Therefore, either do not settle your guests there, or set up a ventilation system. Because this significantly affects the image of both your hotel and all hotels of the Reikartz network. And I would like your hotel, in particular, to contribute to the recreation culture of our compatriots and the development of tourism in Ukraine as a whole.

We come to Reikartz Aquadar not for the first time, we always rest with pleasure. Check-in - no problem. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, towels are also changed every day. Drinking water always. This year, for the summer season, a new pool and a recreation area near the pool were opened. Everything is at a good level.

There are hammocks, there are swings with soft seats and backs. There is a wonderful animation for children. Children enjoy children's animation. It's nice that there is a hotel that is aimed at families with children of different ages. The food is amazing!! ! Buffet with 3 meals a day, high-quality food, for every taste. Everything is always very tasty and varied! Thanks to all the staff for the rest and good mood!!!

2. There is no store with the necessary summer things. It would be great if there was a shop with goods for summer holidays in Aquadar: caps, hats, sunglasses, swimming goggles, swimming trunks and swimwear, inflatable circles.

2. The territory is not well-groomed, and in cloudy weather it is also dirty.
3. At the reception, no one notified that it was possible to drive up to the building from the parking lot, so I had to carry luggage from the parking lot in my hands.
4. There are no tracks for suitcases, only cracked asphalt.
5. Rusted metal structures and crumbling curbs.
6. In the new building there is a collapsing table in the room (one of the legs is practically broken).
7. A condom lying near the unfolded sofa is probably a sign of a well-done cleaning of the room.
8. To crown it all, there was a mask insanity in the restaurant, they wanted to force a 4-year-old child to wear a mask, a fanatical reminder to “put on a mask”. For those who like to breathe in a rag for their own money, it may well be acceptable, but I categorically do not recommend adequate, you will not find rest here.
This is just what I remember.
There are also more or less pleasant moments: a spa, a walk in the air in good weather, playgrounds.
I’ll also add that in August we visited another hotel of the same chain in Odessa, Marenero, and they tried to convince us that the cockroach crawling around the room was actually a cricket, and there was also annoyance with masks at breakfast, but less pronounced. At the same time, in all other hotels that I visited in 2020, I don’t remember anything like that.

And more of the pluses: 1) The buffet and the service in the restaurant are excellent, the cuisine is homemade, a very varied meat, chicken, sausages, bacon, raspberries, watermelon, pears, plums and much more, and cooked correctly and tasty, respect to all catering workers and waiters, you are great, glad that we have such a service with a pleasant smile of girls and boys!!!! 2) The girls at the reception are clever! TNE SPA is not bad, but you must definitely take procedures, baths, even if you are healthy take a couple of baths with hydromassage, it's worth it, massages are different from Balinese (really Balinese) to classic, as well as cosmetic massage with super procedures and much more then you will understand that you really relax (half the budget from the same room +) The fact that the swimming pool and sauna is included for free, well, ± if there are no more than 6 people there, then it’s normal, although I think the recreation area in the SPA is too small, in cold weather it’s unlikely to be comfortable there from for the size of the pool.

We booked and arrived - prepared for the worst (for the stench in the toilet - we took different flavors with us, for poisoning in the restaurant as it is written here as well ((they scored pills)) But !!! ! We were pleasantly "disappointed" - the room is clean! White The bathroom smells fresh!!! The bed is good!

We liked everything - food, accommodation, restaurant (very tasty food, I especially liked the sorbet (you can see that craft) - yum yum !! ! ride, Buk Canyon is a beautiful place! Oh yes, for technology lovers - wi fi works fine, there were no interruptions in water, electricity, everything is clean, rooms are cleaned well, food is good, in general, we were not bored for a single minute! We liked everything - food, accommodation, restaurant (very tasty food, I especially liked the sorbet (you can see that craft) - yum yum !! ! ride, Buk Canyon is a beautiful place! Oh yes, for technology lovers - wi fi works fine, there were no interruptions in water, electricity, everything is clean, rooms are cleaned well, food is good, in general, we were not bored for a single minute! Until the evening animation is not they fell asleep at 20-30 hours))) since they were active during the day), but I’m sure that everything is fine there too!
I rate it 9 out of 10 - as there is always room for improvement! I think the guys from Aquadar will come up with new goals for themselves that they are striving for!
