rested in the Golden Stream in the 17th house (for 3 families) - they celebrated the husband of the DR. In short - neither we nor the guests wanted to leave - everyone really, really liked everything.
The staff is very friendly (especially the administrator Svetlana, and she helped to put the tables for the banquet and brought the tablecloths, the restaurant gave plates against receipt without any problems and additional funds! ) Freely on the territory, there are houses in the pines - no one breathes in the back of the neighbors, very calm and quiet, many mothers with babies in strollers)
The house is beautiful - a huge hall with a fireplace - 20 people freely accommodated (70 sq. m. , as they later found out), a large separate kitchen with everything you need (we cooked our own food on the spot + fried barbecue) and excellent 3 rooms in each shower and bathroom. I recommend for the holidays - just a wonderful place)
The only thing is that the water in the Kiev Sea is clean only in the morning, after lunch it was muddy and with algae.
