READ ALL!!!!!! ! Spoiled weekend in Lesnaya READ EVERYONE!!!!!!!!
To begin with, I really don’t like to write some nasty things and bad reviews, even if something was wrong, but now I’m doing it only so that one day you don’t ruin your holiday just like And we!!!!!
Celebrated in the "Forest" wedding. Before the celebration, they specially came to the manager of the complex to discuss the menu and see the territory. We were immediately told that if we want to celebrate in their restaurant, then the order must be at least 300 UAH per person. Since it was a wedding, we decided to do everything beautifully and order some original dishes. On the table was a stuffed wild boar (UAH 450), stuffed pike (UAH 280), cheese, vegetable and meat cuts, mushrooms, aspic, roast, various salads and much more. Everything turned out for about 2500 UAH, but the manager immediately said that the bill also includes 10% of the order for the service.
We agreed. The meeting went well, we liked the territory very much and we decided to spend 2 days there, renting a cottage from them (it was paid in advance (1200 UAH) on the same day when we discussed the menu)!!!!!! ! . And we agreed that on the day of the celebration everything would be ready by 18-00.
When we arrived on the holiday itself at 18-15, the table was empty, the waiters slowly began to set the table. As the table filled up, everyone immediately noticed that the portions absolutely did not correspond to those indicated on the menu (for example, vegetable cuts should have been 700-800 grams, but there was one chopped cucumber, one pepper and one tomato ). But not wanting to spoil our mood, we kept silent. And, by the way, if we talk about the taste of dishes, many of them left much to be desired.
All in all, the evening was good, until the moment when they brought us the bill for dinner.
Its amount was UAH 7.294!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! As you can see on the scanned invoice. And this is only for food for 10 people and an added cottage, since we brought alcoholic drinks, water, juices, fruits and a cake with us!!!
Apparently the waiters decided that if people have a wedding, they are drunk enough not to pay attention to the difference of 4000-4500 UAH!!! ! To begin with, we included in the bill the repeated payment for the cottage (which, as I wrote above, was paid in advance)!! ! Having told the waiter about this, he simply remained silent in response. (Of course, we ourselves took away 1200 UAH from the amount. ) But continuing to study the account, we were more and more horrified, since our wild boar stuffed with buckwheat cost not 450 UAH, but 2925 UAH !!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! ! Pike - not 280 UAH, but 728 UAH!!!! ! Etc. Naturally, the first thing we thought was “There was an error! ” But we were wrong!!! ! It turns out that 450 UAH for a wild boar, 280 UAH for a pike - all these are prices per kilogram of products, about which the manager, when discussing the menu, did not say a word !!! ! ATTENTION, ATTENTION, who has never tried buckwheat for 450 UAH per kilogram??? ? Then you are in Lesnaya. After all, the piglet was stuffed with buckwheat, and there was about 3 kg of it, that is, it turns out that we paid only 1300-1500 UAH for this precious and rare product !!!!
Like all adequate people, we began to demand a manager with whom we discussed everything in advance, but as it turned out, she no longer works there, she was fired, according to the waiters !!!
In the end, not wanting to completely spoil our holiday, we paid this money, but unfortunately we still had to spend a day there, since the money had already been paid! The next day, we wanted to eat the first thing, ordering our soup by a certain time, we faced the same problems, some portions were not ready yet, and some had already cooled down, we were not served bread, spoons too, and, as always, portions, as if for children!! ! There were many more unpleasant situations that were solved along the way !!!!
