2 months before the holiday through the travel agency booked 2 rooms ON THE FIRST FLOOR, OVERLOOKING THE POOL AND NEXT TO EACH OTHER. Upon arrival at the hostel for several hours, they were waiting for the settlement. When they finally started to settle us, it turned out that one room was on the first floor, the second - on the second. To our dissatisfaction, the administrator suggested that we contact her travel agency (Hollywood Travel - also not worth contacting). This option did not suit us and we offered the administrator to return the money for our accommodation and disperse, the girl did not like this and she ran to us to vacate the room on the first floor. As a result, they settled on the first floor, although not nearby. The administrator told us: what difference does it make to you on which floor to live? We replied that we do not want the children to run up the stairs (children 6 and 7 years old), to which she told us that we already have adult children and they are completely independent. On the penultimate day of vacation, both families rested near the pool, the children swam, walked along the pool, at some point an employee of the camp site next to the pool opened the hatch without marking it in any way and without warning anyone (the hatch is about 1 * 1 m square), ourthe child, walking along the pool, did not see the hatch and fell into it, thank God the matter ended with abrasions, although it could have ended with fractures. The administrator flatly refused to provide assistance, call an ambulance to the child and admit her guilt. Instead, the one who said that our children are completely independent, said that we must constantly hold our children by the hand and monitor them.
