did not like the hotel

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For a relaxing holiday; For families with children
I'll try to be as objective as possible. We stayed at the hotel as a family of three. At the very beginning of the holiday, the impression was quite pleasant: courteous and attentive hosts (which, by the way, cannot be said about the staff, the girls behaved rather contemptuously towards guests staying at the hotel and this somewhat spoiled the impression of the hotel), a clean room with all amenities, though cooking on site was not allowed and the breakfast we ordered was not tasty. Our room was called Suite, but the name was not true. On the very first day, as soon as we settled in, the TV, refrigerator and air conditioner began to act up... Then problems with electricity began, for three days in a row the light went out in the evening. As the owners explained to us, this problem is typical for that part of Zatoka where we rested, and not in the hotel itself. We were only cleaned a couple of times out of a six day stay. And one more unpleasant moment - in the shower room it constantly stank, it stank of sewerage. In general, the hotel made a good impression, the territory is clean and well-groomed, as I said, pleasant hosts, but the service leaves much to be desired. And I would replace the girls from the service staff in the place of the owners with more friendly and courteous ones, because the staff is the face of the hotel.
From the point of view of price-quality, in principle, for Zatoka, the hotel is very good, but I would not advise people who value comfort and excellent service to relax in it. In my opinion, this hotel is designed for the average layman without any special claims. Personally, I would not want to rest again in the above place.
