The biggest disadvantage is PROBLEMS WITH HOT WATER.
In the new building in which we settled, hot water is supplied from solar panels, and in the suites there are additional boilers that heat it up, if necessary. But they didn’t finish something there, and the water pressure was very small. On the day of arrival, the water was barely flowing, but it was possible to wash. On the second day there was no water at all. On the third, fourth day again barely. On the fifth, sixth and seventh day there was NO hot water at all. On the seventh day after dinner, they gave water and it flowed quite cheerfully, but before we had time to wash, the pressure again fell completely to drops (i. e. , the water from the shower only drips - it’s unrealistic to wash), and remained so until the end of our vacation (4 more days).
Our room was paid until 12:00 Sunday, and we had to stay until Sunday evening, because. my brother came and we wanted to see each other. For all these troubles with hot water, the administration of the recreation center made us a discount for the 11th day of stay - 300 UAH. The total cost of the room is 560 UAH. per day (with on-site parking). This is of course a very small compensation for the lack of hot water. I believe that for a room without hot water we should have been reimbursed at least 100 UAH each. per day, that is, not less than 700 UAH.

One day Vladimir the plumber, to whom I demonstrated the pressure of hot water, said that they would take some other measures, and if this did not help, he would ask permission from the director (he is also the owner of the base) so that we could the bathroom to redo the system and run hot water directly through the boiler. 3. Quiet - no karaoke, etc. , at 23-00 it's already quiet, everyone is sleeping or sitting quietly (or maybe it's just that we were so lucky).
4. A very cozy terrace for each room (there would be more comfortable chairs instead of stools).
5. Large beds with modern mattresses.
6. Very good, fully equipped kitchen.
Disadvantages of the base and a two-room suite with a kitchen on the 1st floor:
1. Partially the rest was spoiled by the lack of hot water.
2. The absence of a normal playground, what is there is horror (see photo).
3. Savings on some minor things (toilet paper, soap, lighting on the terrace, bedspreads, curtains, rugs, chairs, etc. ), a trifle, but unpleasant.
4. Construction work is carried out during the high season.
5. Not a very good layout: the entrance to the bathroom is from the bedroom, the window of one of the bedrooms overlooks the kitchen, and not the street (difficult to ventilate).
6. The shower is very slippery - I had to ask for a rug to put in the shower.
7. There is no full-length mirror (only a small one in the bathroom).
8. Small, old and very uncomfortable refrigerator.
9. Some lack of furniture - there is no wardrobe with hangers (at my request they brought a rack for hangers on wheels and 5 hangers), there are no chairs, there is a table and 4 stools on the terrace - sit either on the bed or on a stool.

10. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner hangs on the terrace and points directly at it. It is impossible to turn on the air conditioner in the room when you sit on the terrace - noise and hot wind.

SEA AND BEACH
The beach is very wide, slightly dirty. From the fence of the base to the water's edge along the beach, about 90 m. The tiled path of them is 10 meters. They say that the staff cleans the beach - I don’t know, it’s not noticeable. For three days they sat on the beach next to the same garbage, until I took a special bag and put it away.
Sea - day to day is not necessary. Often beats algae - you bathe as if in a green borscht. And sometimes clean. As usual in our resorts, among the algae come across bags, plastic bottles and other garbage.
ROOM
The room with a separate entrance consists of a terrace, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The layout of the room is a little strange, apparently, they decided to make them from two one-room apartments already in the process of construction. On the 1st floor there are four such numbers. The rest of the rooms are small one-room suites with a bathroom, a refrigerator and no air conditioning (the neighbors' refrigerator did not work - they did not give another one).
The most inconvenient thing about the room is the entrance to the bathroom from the bedroom.
There are tiles on the floor on the terrace, in the kitchen, in one of the bedrooms, and linoleum in the other bedroom (already slightly damaged, although no one lived in front of us). The tiles are slippery, and no rugs are provided (only one in the bathroom). Metal-plastic windows with mosquito nets.

The kitchen in the room is excellent. Modern kitchen furniture, built-in sink and two-burner stove, microwave, kettle. Everything is very good except for the refrigerator - it must have been found in a garbage dump (German). In the kitchen there are small plates, cups, one pot about 3 liters, one frying pan (we had a small one, but there is more), a cutting board, a bread basket, shovels, spoons, forks, table knives, a large spoon, detergent. For some reason there is no knife and teaspoons. There are no glasses, glasses, salad bowls, ladle. Missing one or two outlets.
Each bedroom has a double bed (180x200). In one bedroom there are 2 bedside tables and an exit for a future TV, there are no lamps, the socket is only on one side of the bed. In the second bedroom - 2 bedside tables, two wall lamps, a small flat-screen TV (hanging on a bracket) and a closet for the hallway. The bed linen we came across was good, new, only the sheets were narrow for such beds, we had to turn them across to tuck them under the mattress. It turned out a little short, but it does not go astray. Towels 4 pieces, according to the sensations - synthetics or semi-synthetics. Blanket one is very good new, and the second is dirty and smelly. The next day, at my request, they brought another blanket - not new, but good, clean. For some reason, the bedrooms had one curtain each and they hung over the doors, and on the windows there was only a curtain. Can't be moved, had to be moved. The door between the bedrooms is skewed - it does not close and is cracked in the middle. The beds do not have bedspreads. At my very big request, they gave one bedspread (good, clean), and the second bed was covered with a blanket.
The bathroom is very compact - a shower with a curtain, a toilet, a tiny washbasin, a boiler. As the plumber said, their water is heated by solar panels, and the boiler only warms up. On the day of arrival, it turned out that there were no hooks or shelves in the bathroom. At my request, the next day they brought and hung up a new plastic set - a mirror, a shelf, a soap dish and hooks. There are no shelves in the shower. Slippery tiles in the shower, had to ask for an extra mat, otherwise there is a high risk of injury.
The lock on the toilet door does not close, and in room 71 the door does not close completely.
There was 1 tiny soap and toilet paper in the room - the cheapest one, the gray one. No shampoo, no shower gel. Soap, we can assume, is also not there, it's good that they brought their own.

There is no lighting on the terrace, except for turning on the light in the bedroom, which is not very convenient if someone is already sleeping there.
The room has a safe, air conditioning, hairdryer and iron. There is Wi-Fi (only for suites) - it works when it does - it's better from the side of the cafe.
As it turned out, the building is not yet completely ready and builders are working in some rooms. That is, for the first five days, from 8-9 in the morning until the evening, they drilled, knocked, moved furniture, painted the stairs, etc.
Unfortunately, the first one and a half days of rest had to be spent on running around and arranging instead of relaxing (hooks, rugs, blankets, hangers, curtains, bedspreads, etc. ). At the resort, I would like to relax, and not engage in arrangement and negotiate with electricians, plumbers, a hostess and an administrator.
There are mosquitoes, stock up on funds. There is a summer shower not far from our room. I think they get divorced there.
FOOD
There is a cafe and a canteen. In the dining room, I once took rice porridge for a child and once took dumplings with my husband. This particular meal was of very poor quality. We decided to cook ourselves, since the kitchen is in the room. We didn’t try the food in the cafe, it seems there is only barbecue, we fry it ourselves. You can take a brazier and skewers from the guard - for the evening 15 UAH.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE
As I wrote above, cleaning is only if you ask, bedding and towels are not changed without a request, toilet paper is not put. It is very annoying to ask for something that seems to be the way it should be.

The administrator of the base, Natalya Petrovna, tries very hard to be friendly, but she does not always have the patience for this. Easily goes back on his word. For example, when checking in for 10 days, I say that, most likely, we will extend the rest for another 2-3 days. Answer - no problem, as much as you want. A few days later I ask, remember, we wanted to extend the vacation? And they tell me - no, right after you this room is already booked. The question is, well, what was the cost, before accepting a reservation, call me and clarify whether we will extend the rest.
At the end of our vacation, my daughter-in-law with a child settled in the same suite (No. 71). The room is the same, only one bed there seems to be smaller, and there is no closet in the room, but only a hanging shelf with hooks and a mirror. There was a hanger rack and three hangers. At 11 pm, when they were going to bed, it turned out that instead of sheets they had some synthetic rags smaller than beds, the blankets were dirty and smelly, and the duvet covers did not fit the blanket. I had to go look for and wake up my sister-hostess, since it was not possible to sleep on this. The hostess sister (Tatiana) was not very happy with us, but, without being indignant, she gave us two large sheets and duvet covers (clean, but very boo). She didn’t change the blankets - she said there were no more washed ones. On the last day of rest, when the 2nd floor was settled in the building, it turned out that a sewer pipe was leaking - a puddle with an unpleasant odor formed near the toilet, this was definitely not from the shower, since everything dried up in the shower overnight, and the puddle near the toilet became larger and smell … .
