In June 2016, there were many days off and my family and I decided to go to the seaside to relax. We chose a hotel with a swimming pool for a child of a year and 10 months. Among the many options, we stopped at the Edem Hotel. Having called the number indicated on the site, I specified the details (price, conditions, availability), I asked to book a room for 4 days: from 25.06. to 28.06. At the same time, I asked a representative of the administration named Sergey whether an advance payment is needed ? ! He said no.
06/25/2016 early in the morning we left Kyiv and went to Odessa. There were many accidents and traffic jams along the way. There were also a lot of cars towards the sea and I decided to call Eden and clarify what we would be. The same Sergey answered the phone call. He searched for our reservation for a long time and DIDN'T FOUND!!!! ! Offered another room more expensive for 200 UAH. for one day, then somewhere to move to another room. We booked for 1350/day.

I objected that this situation arose through his fault and we are ready to check into another room at the price of the room that we booked, but he refused us. Then he promised to talk to management and call back in 10 minutes. But he never called back.
