Nerves gave in. They asked the administrator to return the money, since the declared services cannot be provided to me through no fault of mine. The system is like in raguli in Ukraine - for booking, pay money to the site (to the PP through Privat), but the hotel did not receive money directly, we will not return the money, we don’t know anything. . .
