As we were very dissatisfied with our "room", the grandmother offered to overdo it in another, such as the best, but 3-seater and without extra charge. We agreed (it was a little cleaner). And the next day the administrator said that as we moved to a 3-seater, she (!!! ) Should pay 200 UAH, because evict at all! Although this was not the case at all at first! I will not recommend both the southern Bug and the flood in general, I have never seen such gas pollution from cars anywhere else, and the prices for food in cafes and canteens and their appearance is disgusting!
