There was a family of 2 adults, 3 children. The room was booked for five.
But at the settlement 4 beach towels were given out, and 5e is impossible, because the number is 4 beds.
When I tried to go to the beach with beach towels, it turned out that they are only for the pool, I had to buy beach chairs at the nearest bazaar.
Settled without problems ~ 10:00, good number. But in 4 days it was never removed, on the third day it was not very comfortable
When settling in the room there were 5 small joints of shampoo, which ended on the first evening. At the request to replenish, refused, does not belong.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights, during all this hour the room was never cleaned, because the room is good on the 3rd day it was not very comfortable.

This year, Leopolis Lux and its administration have spoiled that feeling. I really hope this problem is only for this hotel, and not the deterioration of service due to the reduction of alternatives.
Having deleted Leopolis from the list of leisure options, I do not advise you to rest there. On our Black Sea coast there are many decent options without the described problems, which are really happy for their guests.
