Everything that is not related to service - on top. Great location, right on the seafront. Clean, well-groomed beach, fixed umbrellas, beach bar. You buy sun loungers in the morning for the whole day.
We rested with a company of 13 people, rented four rooms. Rooms are spacious, furniture, linens are good. Wardrobe in the hallway, for some reason without doors, so in all rooms. The TV is small 22-24", there is air conditioning, everything works.
There is no housekeeping. Not at all. The "please remove" sign means nothing. Once, after going to the reception, the maid came. She ran the mop in the center of the room. The beach is sandy, sand everywhere - floor, bed, bathroom. Towels and sheets were not changed for 10 days even once. They swept and washed the floor themselves. With the cost of a room at the average European level, this is unpleasantly surprising.

There is one safe for everyone at the reception, in this regard everything is clear, you write a receipt, you hand over things, no excesses.
About food. The cost of food is average. In the village itself, for this amount, a lunch menu is available in any restaurant. Breakfast is not tasty, probably because it is included in the room price. We ate in the gazebo, the food is covered in advance, you come at 9.00 - everything is cold. It's systemic. Tea. . . Transparent, pale purple, cloyingly sweet cold substance. How many did not ask the waiters to pour tea in front of us, bring it in a teapot - hopelessly.
And further. The seating in the gazebos is constantly changing, forgetting to tell you about it. They came to their table - six servings instead of four. We ate our portions - left, none of the waiters came up, did not say that we were transplanted or someone was planted with us - nothing...
By the end of the holiday, I got tired of a cold dinner, three people refused and asked for a refund. They didn’t return the money, arguing that because of us some mythical dinners disappeared, that we didn’t sit down or move somewhere, that because of us the food had to be thrown away. And say thank you that we didn’t withhold this money from you... A strange and extremely unpleasant situation...
Unfortunately, the human factor did not allow us to fully enjoy the advantages of this hotel. They have everything that is necessary for a full and comfortable accommodation of tourists, the culture of communication and quality of service, unfortunately, is not enough.
