Hello! If you do not want to spoil your vacation and mood, do not check into this hotel !!!! ! I completely agree with the previous reviews. We arrived on June 28 - on the road for 10 hours due to traffic jams, incredibly tired, with thoughts, well, we got here, cheers !! ! UAH!! " But we agreed for 320 - the same price was indicated on the website where the hotel advertised itself. We also asked, let's make an advance payment, to which we were told twice, nothing is needed! When we asked why this happened, we were told: "Because! If you don't like it, go to all 4 sides, and now we will find people from the street who can check in without any problems even for 400 UAH! " Then the director passed by, hearing that we were indignant, he began to shout: "And why didn't you make an advance payment?!!!!!! " So we wanted to, you yourself convinced us that no advance payment is required. After that, these two ladies at the reception said, you still won’t find anything now, everything is busy due to the holidays. It was like that - there was no way out and I had to stay. . . We went to the room, it was not cleaned there, the sand was dragging on the floor, in the bathroom there was a dirty spat-out cup for toothbrushes. The balcony was supposed to have wicker furniture - a table and 2 chairs. instead, I saw one horrible plastic chair. . . when I approached these ladies-administrators and calmly asked where the promised furniture was, the two of them attacked me, started shouting: "You've come to the end of the brawlers, who even said that you should have something in the room ! ! !!! " I already understood that there was nothing to talk about with such "educated" women and said with a smile, since we are brawlers, it's good)))) to which I heard: You'll be at home "CUT" and "Good! ". It can be seen that my calmness and smile finally pissed them off. You have to take out the garbage yourself, clean it up too))) so I do not advise this hotel. . .
