We arrived in Zatoka early, around 10 am, the rooms were not yet ready (this is normal, because check-in is around 12.00), although some were settled immediately. We were settled at about 14.00, and then because we were sitting near the administrator from 12.00 and waiting for the check-in. We took a standard room in a three-story building (old), there is also a new building, but it was more expensive and there were no more places. The room itself had an old refrigerator, a double bed, air conditioning and a TV. They didn’t give us towels right away, they only gave us two towels in the evening and two more the next day. Cleaning in the room was only on the day of check-in and it was not very good, no matter how much we asked to clean it, no one came. The food there is terrible, probably the students cook there. Potatoes are either burnt or raw, etc. In general, we did not eat there, we ate further down the street. On the third day of rest, we lost hot water, or rather it was but barely warm, at first the administrator said that this could not be and that there was just a big analysis of water, two days later she said that a plumber would come and see what was with the water, he came again every other day (all these three days we went to the administrator twice a day and asked to deal with this problem), the plumber said that we need to call an electrician and see what's on the roof with solar panels, in general, almost all of our rest we washed in cold water . The Internet worked terribly, constantly did not catch. One of the pluses is a large and green area.
Summing up, I no longer want to rest in this hotel, because. the room was dirty, it was not possible to eat from them, cold water and the staff does not respond to requests in any way.
