Were in July 2015. We lived on the 3rd floor. Double room, three lived, laid out a chair. Super repair. The furniture is new. Refrigerator. Double bed with bedspreads and duvets. In the room all the time mountains. water. Liquid soap and toilet paper on the sink. The shower in our room was fenced off with a side and with a curtain. The showers were in the suites. Beautiful tiles on the walls. TV caught about 4-6 programs. The suites had an LCD monitor. Wi-Fi did not pull on the third. I had to go either to the first floor or to the second one. On the windows, apart from the curtains, there were also blinds from bright light. We ate in a cafe on Limanskaya near the crossing. One towel for each and one more for the feet (in the shower on the floor). Wet bathing suits and linen with towels were taken out to the common balcony. Each room had its own dryer and chairs with tables. You could eat on the tables and it was also a smoking area. (who needs it), we did not use the air conditioner in the room. The room faced away from the railway, so some of the noise from the trains was a little muffled). Through the window one could see the estuary and in the evenings the sun setting over it. In general, the price-quality ratio is excellent. Nice hosts, staff. Despite the fact that the mini-hotel is not located on the first line, a couple of minutes walk to the sea (albeit crossing the rails). But the advantages of almost all other bases located on the first line end with this: dirt, noise, garbage....we know we lived before this hotel and are very glad that the rest ended with them. At the end, when we were already driving, they gave us a magnet with a photo and the coordinates of the hotel. Such a modern and fashionable business card). It was nice and I want to come again. . .
And the foreseeing review is not very objective... from my point of view...
