My stay at this hotel was an extremely unpleasant and emotionally distressing experience.

We paid for seven nights, but we only spent one night there before checking out early. We were not refunded for the unused days.

After this incident, I required medical attention, and I have supporting documents and photographs.

Interacting with the management during this difficult situation was particularly difficult for me. Instead of support, I encountered actions that I perceived as preventing me from seeking help, which increased my stress and feelings of insecurity.
